Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales, Outreach or Business Development Representative to join our team in South Texas!

We are a team of high-performing sales and outreach representatives who are making a difference in their communities by getting people access to the right addiction, mental health and eating disorder resources.

Our ideal candidate will have in-person B2B Sales or Business Development experience with proven success in a metrics driven environment.

This is a remote role; however, candidates *must* reside in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with referents in assigned territories
  • Exceed admissions metrics by establishing influence in market segments; Including but not limited to: healthcare providers, hospital systems, mental health centers, educational institutions, court systems, unions, and employee assistance programs (EAP)
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain consistent activity levels for the following: weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, meetings scheduled, and admissions
  • Record and monitor all activities in Salesforce CRM system daily regarding needed actions and follow ups
  • Assist in placing those struggling with addiction in the appropriate treatment setting to begin or continue their recovery journey
  • Act as a liaison to referents to promote NBH services, and continuously provide clinical updates and appropriate information to referral sources
  • Carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies along with local, state and federal law

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing is preferred
  • 2+ years’ recent experience in a metrics driven sales & business development environment required
  • Exceptional presentation skills with extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales and exceed metrics
  • Outreach experience in the Behavioral Health or Mental Health industry a plus
  • Ability to function independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
  • Experience with the CRM Salesforce
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
  • Must reside in the state of Texas
